Open the shop from the title screen and go to the Gems tab — there's a Restore Purchases button at the bottom. This restores the one-time Remove Ads purchase. Gem packs are consumed immediately when bought, so they don't need restoring.
Gems are the premium currency and are never sold for coins. You earn them from:
Coins come from playing holes and completing rounds, and upgrade your clubs (5 levels each). Swapping clubs in and out of your 8-slot bag is always free.
If iCloud is on for this device, your save syncs automatically through your own private iCloud storage. Install the app on another device signed into the same Apple ID and your progress follows you. Deleting the app erases your local copy — but iCloud restores it on the next launch.
Courses unlock as you play: 2 more at 18 holes, 2 more at 72, and the last 2 at 180. Practice-mode holes don't count. You can always play the Daily Course (3 fresh holes every day) regardless of unlocks.
Only in menus, never during a round: a small banner below menu screens, and rewarded videos strictly when you tap a rewarded button. Buying Remove Ads removes the banners; reward videos stay optional and only play when you tap one.
Sign in to Game Center on your device (Settings → Game Center) to appear on the per-course leaderboards and the weekly tournament board. Achievements award gems the first time they complete.
