Terms of Service

Block Golf for iOS · Effective September 18, 2026

1. The agreement

By downloading or playing Block Golf (the "App"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the App. The App is provided by the Block Golf developer ("we", "us") as an independent developer.

2. Apple's standard license

The App is licensed, not sold, to you under Apple's Standard EULA (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/), which governs everything about your license to use the App except where these terms add specifics below.

3. Gameplay and virtual items

4. Purchases

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store under Apple's terms. Gem packs are consumable and credit immediately. Remove Ads is a one-time, non-consumable purchase that can be restored on any device with your Apple ID via the Restore Purchases button in the shop. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

5. Ads

The free version shows ads served by Google AdMob in menus only, and rewarded videos only when you choose to watch them. By watching a rewarded ad or receiving a banner you also agree to Google's terms where applicable. Remove Ads stops all banner ads; rewarded videos stay available only for when you choose to watch one.

6. Online services

Leaderboards, achievements, and save sync run on Apple's Game Center and iCloud services. Those services are provided by Apple under their own terms, and we can't guarantee their availability. Cheating, exploiting leaderboards, or interfering with other players' use of Apple's services may result in your scores being disregarded.

7. Acceptable use

Don't reverse-engineer the App to cheat, don't manipulate leaderboards or purchases, and don't use the App in violation of applicable law or Apple's terms.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost progress, virtual items, or indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the App evolves; the effective date above changes when we do. Material changes will be reflected in the App's next update.
